Crypto507 does not operate a public cryptocurrency exchange.
4. OTC Transaction Process
Transactions typically follow these steps:
- Client contact and trade request
- Verification and onboarding when required (including KYC where applicable)
- Quote and trade confirmation
- Settlement via bank transfer and blockchain transaction
Quotes provided for transactions may only be valid for a limited period due to market volatility and liquidity conditions.
If a quote is not confirmed within the indicated timeframe, Crypto507 reserves the right to revise the quote before settlement.
Once settlement begins, transactions may be considered final.
5. Fees and Pricing
Crypto507 charges fees for certain services.
Fees may include trading spreads or transaction commissions.
For certain stablecoin transactions, trading spreads may typically range between approximately 1% and 2%, depending on market conditions, liquidity, and transaction size.
All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to trade confirmation whenever possible.
Crypto507 reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time.
6. Compliance and Identity Verification
To comply with financial crime prevention regulations, Crypto507 may require identity verification.
Users may be required to provide information including:

- identification documents
- transaction details
- source of funds documentation when necessary
Failure to provide required information may result in refusal or cancellation of services.

Transactions are executed through direct blockchain transfers and bank transfer settlements between the client and designated transaction addresses or financial institutions.
Clients remain responsible for their wallets, accounts, and transaction instructions.
11. Banking and Third-Party Services
Certain transactions may involve third-party providers including:

- blockchain networks
- compliance and identity verification service providers
Crypto507 is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party services.
